Oracre’s Comps platform is designed to reward our members both when they contribute to the platform and with ongoing revenue share. The less you contribute the less you’re rewarded and the less revenue share you earn. The more you contribute the more you’re rewarded and higher revenue share you earn. Your earned tokens can be applied to your Oracre subscription, where tokens are given a 2x multiple of utility on Oracre. For example If you have $450 worth of Oracre tokens it can be used to buy $900 of Oracre comps. Oracre is targeting $900 per year, per user based on a cash basis, or $450 Oracre Tokens per year, per user. This package is for national access.??
Community members can manually submit sold comps, along with financing data on sold comps (for additional tokens). The comp remains open until all data points are filled in on the comp. If a comp is submitted and approved, but it is not complete. The initial submitter does own the full revenue share on the comp. The comp will remain open and a second party can fill in the data and participate in the revenue share on that comp. Parties that knowingly submit incorrect data will flagged and dealt with accordingly as it will be viewed as a breach of terms and conditions of the platform and potentially a fraudulent offense.
In the coming months Oracre will open its comps search to our community. Those who are actively contributing comps will have free access to Oracre’s comps marketplace for a limited time. Upon reaching a threshold of users and comps data Oracre will convert into a subscription model where the community pays to access comps.
